Here we goooo. To celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Zelda franchise, Super Mario 3DS will include a special "Zelda scrolling dungeon style level".
It's top down view, classic Zelda dungeon room screen scrolling, you will light up torches with fireballs, there will be Zelda chimes and even spiked floors. I would qualify this as yet another wonderful Zelda cameo.
This is really cool. And probably a motivation for some Zelda fans to buy this game. I actually prefer the New Super Mario Bros. games over the Galaxy ones and I was undecided, whether I should get Super Mario for 3DS or not, but this might be a good reason to get the game anyway. :D
