The end-of-the-year Zeldathon is currently running and always worth a view. During the event they had a guest appearance of Patracia Summersett, the English voice actress for Princess Zelda. You can rewatch the segment on Youtube.
And it's always interesting to see the person behind the voice, who is currently 42 years old and sounds very different in real life. She seems to be very humble and nice as well, where is open to do such interviews and things with the Zelda fan community.
