When Aonuma visited Hyrule Castle Town in the shown gameplay from the Ocarina of Time remake, one character immediately caught my attention. There is a beautiful, blonde woman in a blue dress, bowing her head next to the fountain. She is thinking "it's not an easy choice," which implies that you might be able to help her.
I had to double check that I'm not imagining things, but this character didn't exist in the original game. Of course, there always was a whole crowd of people surrounding the stalls, but she is clearly doing her own thing. However, everyone else on the streets was part of the original game, so this mysterious lady seems to be an exception.
Well, we already know that there is one additional bottle and potentially some other new items in the game, so this could lead to a new side quest, where you might obtain one of these things.
In the footage you could also spot some individual houses on the road leading up to the castle, but it's unclear whether these are actually accessible in the remake or just some added detail to the panorama in Hyrule Field.... Of course, I hope you can actually go there, where these might be even tied into the daily routines of all the people. They need to have some place to sleep, right?
